Okay as all the Spurs fans know this game is where our season starts, with Van de Ven, Romero and Solanke all back in training since last week and all on the plane for the game tomorrow evening at 5.45pm uk time, will Ange and the team give the Spurs fans a reason to think this could finally be the start of something special.
There is no doubt that Spurs have the better team on paper, but as all Spurs fans know this means nothing having had the better team on paper for a fair few games this season that they have gone on to lose.
However, saying this it is a chance for the team to prove a lot of critics and the fan base wrong and show what they are made of.
Looking into AZ and seeing a few of their games, they do blow hot or cold most matching, and you don’t know what you will get game to game (a bit like spurs)
This is looking however to be a good game with AZ most likely to want to contain Spurs and then use the break to counter attack, hopefully with Van de Ven back if he starts this will be something that the manager is hoping we can deal with very easily and along with us going out to control the game, with the attacking players we have in the team this should be a comfortable game tomorrow if we get the Spurs we we all know and love, but only time will tell will this be the start of something special let’s all hope so.
